XILICONE PUFF
Puff Xilicone is used to obtain Puff/Foam effect on fabrics with soft hand feel with high elastic and without tack. Xilicone is heat resistant so on heat-press, the Xilicone does not melt and becomes flat . Xilicone is used as a very good anti-slip agent. It can be print on Micro oven gloves, anti-slip men's socks and in baby socks. Xilicone Puff print can be top-coated with glossy Xilicone if required.

1) Take HD Xilicone and Xilicone Puff and Xilicone colour pigments mix 2% Xilicone catalyst.
2) You can add Xilicone Reducer if required to reduce the viscosity of the Xilicone.
3) Print mixed Silicone HD and puff woth colour for 2 -3 times And flash cure at 120 -140 degrees.
4) After printing, Cure the print at 150 – 160 °C for 2 – 3 minutes.

32 –48T (80 –120 ), We normally prefer Nylon Mesh to prevent Air bubbles. As Polyester Mesh makes ink to stay, Nylon Makes Inks to flow In Manual Machine.

For optimum Xilicone Puff print effect, 65/90/65 shore triplet hardness squeegee is recommended
